How we are organised

All of our committee members are volunteers who work with EAL and bilingual learners and their teachers.

Organisational structures

NALDIC is led by a 9 member elected executive committee. Three executive members are elected annually and the association Chair is elected every three years. Co-opted executive committee members are not elected but volunteer to support us with particular projects or specific sub committees.

Our General Council involves members in developing and supporting the work of the association.

Do EAL learners need extra funding

Should EAL teaching be available to all EAL learners who need it, regardless of location or type of school?
