Pearson

Edexcel GCSE English and English Language Extend Teacher Guide thumbnail

NALDIC has collaborated with Pearson over the past three years to develop course and text books which support EAL learners and their teachers to access curriculum content and develop English language learning at the same time. These cover Edexcel, WJEC and AQA.

The initial venture was to work on the new GCSE syllabus to develop guidance for English teachers on approaches to teaching alongside the many strategies that are available to teachers to support EAL students in their classes.

This was followed by a similar venture in relation to Science.

Most recently NALDIC has collaborated with Pearson to develop EAL guidance and teaching material as part of their Rapid Plus series for students who are reading below their chronological age.
